Her continued education strengthens her ability to understand cognitive responses, sensory environments, and experiential patterns that shape human centered design.
Her career began with a focus on biology and human behavior, which evolved into hands on UX work with designers and researchers. Through Sentio, Sydney leads research based UX initiatives, service design projects, and inclusive environment consulting, including work supporting neurodiverse communities and Design for Health programs. She thrives at the intersection of technology, human behavior, and design, and approaches every project with clarity, inclusivity, and measurable impact.
She is now seeking opportunities to bring her expertise to a larger team where she can lead research driven UX and product strategy, guide cross functional collaboration, and build systems that elevate both customer experience touchpoints and organizational outcomes.
