We physically staged 1919 Mile High Apartments with furnishings and custom fine art to increase the speed and effectiveness of tenant acquisition.

This beautiful destination apartment complex in the heart of Denver had a tight installation timeline. The clients, Opus Development, needed in stock items to be able to show the units as soon as possible. Sentio utilized given blueprints and mood boards of the interior finishings. The furniture had to be installed as soon as construction was complete. The two compact apartments needed to optimize seating where possible, not obstruct the views of Empower Stadium, and create visual interest among the white cabinets, walls and counters.
Utilizing different materials (glass, wood, foliage, textured fabrics, etc.) and clean yet interesting lines, the units soon reflected modern and transitional warmth. The goal was to appeal to many demographics so that they can lease as many units as possible in a quick timeline. Sentio created original art that was tailored to enhance the color ways. We used different art styles, materials and sizing to help differentiate each space. Using custom, original art pieces, we created a luxurious and unique feel for each room.
