Updated existing features to energy efficient and sustainably certified lighting and water fixtures.
Redesigned the exterior landscaping, transforming the front lawn into a water-efficient pollinating garden for less year round maintenance.
Added functional shelving solutions to the garage, closets, and entryway for multiple people to comfortably stay and owner to have a guest closet .
Exchanged the water heater for a tankless solution to be more eco friendly and provide a better experience.
Enhanced outdoor seating and lighting plan w/ solar powered or timed lights to enhance curbside visibility for guests. .
Add sound and energy insulating O-TEX certified curtains where possible due to proximity to Empower Field and traffic.
We refinished or styled many existing pieces and locally donated the rest.

Made recycling a clear process for guests. Repurposed anything that could be during the renovation and donated the rest.
Xeriscape
Utilizing eco-friendly landscape design, we incorporated drought-tolerant plants, efficient irrigation systems and pollinating native plants to minimize water usage and enhance biodiversity.
With the help of our landscape design, King St. no longer requires manual watering and now sustains itself completely on rainwater!
Enhanced Booking & Back End Systems
A custom booking system was created that connected to Price Labs, Airbnb and VRBO to allow clients to book direct or if they wanted through their favorite system. Cleaning, maintenance, and seasonal upkeep procedures and systems were created to keep the space running smoothly. We also created user guides on the area and manuals on the home’s functionality and procedure should they come upon any issues or confusion while enjoying the amenities.
Custom Fine Art
The added touch of custom fine art pieces created character and warmth that this space was lacking.
With custom art pieces tailored for each room, we found a way to manifest our client’s personality and style in a way that tied the entire space together. Many pieces nod to Colorado’s landscape.
