This dual cabin property got a major facelift. After years of heavy use, this beautiful space needed some TLC. Sentio is working to make it more energy efficient and functional for the owner to rent. Out of the gate, green shag carpet was removed. Solar curtains that help to block the intense UV and keep the space cool, while new windows will help to insulate heat in the brutal winter. More efficient electric appliances (laundry + ovens), an EV charger, and other features will help to make this a more environmentally friendly space. 2022 Winter, we added new driveway made the space more ADA friendly for visitors. Spring/Summer 2023 the grass was taken out with the intention to and install a native, drought resistant sprawling landscape. We reduced the oak brush which is a fire hazard and invasive, added hardscaping such as garden beds and dry beds between the cabins. All efforts on this property were low budget and tactical to get the highest ROI. This property resold for over $1 Million dollars more than the purchase price about 4 years later due to real estate and interior efforts.

New Driveway, ADA friendly walkway, Hardscaping, and an electric charging pole with exterior lighting was added.

A dry creek bed was added to mitigate invasive plant growth and act as an effective drainage solution. It also doubles but as an attractive landscape feature that needs very little maintenance. It's a form of hardscaping, a non-organic landscape design element. A stone garden bed (left) was added to reinforce plants) and tons of oak brush was removed in this area.

New driveways were added to make the property easier to maintain, enhance curb appeal, and safety for renters.
