About: This historical landmark features a restaurant, office spaces, and boutique hotel. We collaborated to core and shell this space with architects, our clients, and other parties to create a unique mixed use space that honored the landmark and its new clients in downtown Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

About: Domi Services is a property management company based in Colorado. Sentio worked to renovate properties for rental and resale. A website backend was built to service not only renters but also local property owners who needed property management and maintenance services. 4 properties were renovated to make guest turn over more efficient, lower water and energy use, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance property value.
